What is covered on tools, machines, parts and repairs.
New tools and machines
Warranty terms are shown on each product and confirmed in writing on your invoice. Cover applies to manufacturing defects under normal use, and the cover period varies by brand.
Spare parts
Parts are covered against manufacturing defects at the point of sale. Because wear parts (brushes, bearings, discs) wear by design, they are checked at purchase rather than under a running warranty.
Repairs
Repair warranty terms are agreed in writing when you approve your quote. The guarantee covers the specific repair done — not unrelated faults that appear later.
What is not covered
- Damage from misuse, overloading or wrong voltage
- Normal wear on consumable items (discs, bits, brushes after use)
- Items opened or repaired by a third party after leaving us
- Missing proof of purchase
