Do you sell genuine parts and tools?
We stock original and OEM-equivalent parts. Each listing says which it is, and we label aftermarket items clearly rather than calling them original.
Do you repair tools not bought from you?
Yes - bring any power tool or machine, wherever you bought it, and we will diagnose it and quote before any work starts.
How long do repairs take?
Most tool repairs are diagnosed within a day and finished within a few working days, depending on parts. We will give you a timeframe with your quote.
Do you deliver?
We can arrange delivery within town and send items countrywide by courier or bus. Pickup from the shop is also available - confirm the arrangement when you order.
Is there a warranty on tools and repairs?
Warranty terms are shown on each product and confirmed in writing on your invoice. Repair warranty terms are agreed when you approve the quote.
