What we collect
When you send a form or message we collect your name, phone number, email (if given), and the details of your enquiry — including any photos you upload. When you book a repair we also keep the job details and status.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm prices, stock or repair status
- To manage your repair job and contact you when it is ready
- To keep a record of quotes and orders for our accounts
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties, except where a courier needs your name, phone and delivery town to deliver.
Your rights
